Founder's Story

NEPRI is the brainchild of a passionate and health-conscious foodie, born and raised in Egypt where wholesome, nutritious food was a way of life for her. But when she moved to the US to study at the University of Pennsylvania, she found it difficult to maintain her healthy lifestyle and enjoy her favorite Mediterranean comfort food due to limited options.

She quickly realized that there were no convenient and tasty alternatives to regular pasta that were both nourishing and delicious. That's when she decided to take matters into her own hands and create NEPRI, a premium wheat-based pasta that provides greater nutrition without compromising on taste or quality.

NEPRI pasta is made from wheat that uses a unique harvesting process. It is high in protein, fiber, and iron, low in carbs, and vegan, making it the perfect pasta alternative for health-conscious consumers. The name NEPRI itself is a nod to the ancient Egyptian goddess of grain, chosen by the founder as a way of bringing her own culture to the US.
